From Olatua and Le Rooftop in spring and summer to Negua in autumn and winter, each restaurant and season brings its own share of local and delicious creations.

Olatua & Le Rooftop – April to October

Olatua: snacks and a stunning terrace view

From spring onwards, Olatua welcomes you from the Aquarium’s terrace. A well-balanced food offering makes it perfect for a break during your visit. Fresh salads, light snacks and refreshing drinks can be enjoyed while admiring the ocean view.
Accessible from the Aquarium’s terrace and the Atalaye plateau, Olatua is the ideal spot for lunch, a snack, or simply a drink or coffee on summer evenings.

le Rooftop: refined cuisine and panoramic views

For an elevated experience, Le Rooftop offers seasonal cuisine prepared with fresh, local ingredients. This no-reservation restaurant provides an exceptional setting for a refined meal with panoramic views of the ocean. Open from April to October, it is located outside the Aquarium’s visit route and is accessible without an entry ticket.

Negua – November to March

During the winter season, Negua welcomes you from November in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Negua is the perfect place to enjoy homemade gourmet dishes in a calm and intimate setting, with ocean views that change with the seasons.


The restaurant can be accessed from within the Aquarium’s visit route.
