Article 1 – Organisateur
Le présent jeu gratuit sans obligation d’achat est organisé par la SEML Biarritz Océan, dans le cadre d’une opération de communication diffusée au sein de l’aéroport de Biarritz via l’annonceur JC Decaux, du 03/04/2026 au 02/10/2026.
Article 2 – Objet et principe du jeu
Le jeu consiste à déterminer le nombre exact de “Charlie” présents sur les deux panneaux dédiés à l’aéroport de Biarritz, dans le jeu « Cherche et trouve – Où est Charlie ? ».
Pour participer, il convient de :
Scanner le QR code figurant sur le support de communication ;
Accéder au formulaire en ligne disponible sur le site internet de l’Aquarium de Biarritz ;
Renseigner les informations demandées ;
Sélectionner la réponse correspondant au nombre exact de phoques “Charlie” visibles sur le visuel ;
Valider le formulaire.
Toute participation incomplète, erronée, multiple ou frauduleuse sera considérée comme nulle.
Article 3 – Conditions de participation
Le jeu est ouvert à toute personne physique, sans obligation d’achat.
Une seule participation par personne (même nom et/ou même adresse e-mail) est autorisée pendant toute la durée de l’opération.
L’organisateur se réserve le droit de procéder à toute vérification nécessaire concernant l’identité des participants et la validité des participations.
Article 4 – Modalités de désignation des gagnants
60 entrées seront attribuées selon un mécanisme prédefini.
Les gagnants correspondent à des rangs de participation prédéterminés par l’organisateur avant le début du jeu (exemple : 9e, 23e, 45e bonne réponse, etc.).
Un participant est déclaré gagnant lorsqu’il :
A fourni la bonne réponse ;
Correspond à l’un des rangs prédéfinis comme gagnant ;
Est enregistré conformément à l’ordre chronologique automatique des participations.
L’ordre chronologique des participants gagnants est fixé à l’avance par l’organisateur.
L’horodatage du serveur de l’organisateur fait foi pour déterminer l’ordre exact des participations.
En cas de participation invalide correspondant à un numéro gagnant (erreur, données incomplètes, participation multiple, non-respect du règlement), le lot sera attribué au participant suivant ayant fourni la bonne réponse et remplissant l’ensemble des conditions.
Les gagnants seront informés par e-mail dans un délai de 48 heures à 5 jours après validation de leur statut.
Article 5 – Dotation
La dotation consiste en une entrée gratuite à l’Aquarium de Biarritz, d’une valeur unitaire de 17 €.
La place est nominative, non échangeable, non remboursable et ne peut donner lieu à aucune contrepartie financière ou substitution.
Article 6 – Données personnelles
Les données personnelles collectées via le formulaire (notamment nom et adresse e-mail) sont traitées par Biarritz Océan, en qualité de responsable de traitement, aux seules fins suivantes :
Gestion des participations au jeu ;
Désignation et information des gagnants ;
Envoi de la newsletter et de communications relatives aux activités de l’Aquarium de Biarritz, uniquement si le participant a expressément coché la case de consentement prévue à cet effet.
Base légale du traitement
L’exécution du présent règlement pour la gestion du jeu ;
Le consentement explicite du participant pour l’envoi de communications commerciales.
Le refus de consentir à la réception de la newsletter n’empêche pas la participation au jeu.
Durée de conservation
Les données sont conservées :

Article 8 – Acceptation du règlement
La participation au jeu implique l’acceptation pleine et entière du présent règlement.
L’organisateur se réserve le droit de modifier, suspendre, écourter ou annuler le jeu en cas de force majeure ou de nécessité opérationnelle, sans que sa responsabilité ne puisse être engagée.

Article 1 – Organiser
This free game with no purchase obligation is organised by the SEML Biarritz Océan as part of a communication campaign displayed within Biarritz Airport via the advertising company JC Decaux, from 03/04/2026 to 02/10/2026.
Article 2 – Purpose and Game Principle
The game consists of determining the exact number of “Charlies” featured on the two panels displayed at Biarritz Airport, as part of the “Seek and Find – Where’s Charlie?” challenge.
To participate, individuals must:
Scan the QR code displayed on the communication material;
Access the online form available on the Aquarium de Biarritz website;
Complete the required information fields;
Select the answer corresponding to the exact number of “Charlie” seals visible in the visual;
Submit the form.
Any incomplete, incorrect, multiple, or fraudulent entry will be considered invalid.
Article 3 – Participation Conditions
The game is open to any natural person, with no purchase obligation.
Only one entry per person (same name and/or same email address) is permitted for the entire duration of the campaign.
The organiser reserves the right to carry out any necessary verification regarding the identity of participants and the validity of entries.
Article 4 – Winner Selection Process
60 prizes are awarded.
It correspond to predetermined participation ranks set by the organiser prior to the start of the game (for example: 9th, 23th, 45th correct answer, etc.).
A participant will be declared a winner when they:
Have provided the correct answer;
Correspond to one of the predefined ranks constituting a rank win;
Are recorded according to the automatic chronological order of entries.
Winning moments are determined in advance by the organiser.
The organiser’s server timestamp shall be deemed authoritative in determining the exact order of participation.
In the event that an entry corresponding to a winning moment is invalid (error, incomplete data, multiple entry, non-compliance with the rules), the prize will be awarded to the next participant who has provided the correct answer and meets all conditions.
Winners will be notified by email within 72 hours to 5 days following validation of their winning status.
Article 5 – Prize
The prize consists of one free admission ticket to the Aquarium de Biarritz, with a unit value of €17.
The ticket is personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and may not give rise to any financial compensation or substitution.
Article 6 – Personal Data
Personal data collected via the form (including name and email address) are processed by the Biarritz Océan, acting as data controller, solely for the following purposes:
Managing participation in the game;
Identifying and contacting winners;
Sending newsletters and communications relating to Aquarium de Biarritz activities, only if the participant has expressly ticked the consent box provided for this purpose.
Legal Basis for Processing
Performance of these Terms & Conditions for the purpose of managing the game;
Explicit consent of the participant for the sending of commercial communications.
Refusal to consent to receiving the newsletter does not prevent participation in the game.
Data Retention Period
Data are retained:
For the time strictly necessary to organise the game and award the prizes;
Until withdrawal of consent for data processed for communication purposes.

Article 7 – Liability
The organiser shall not be held liable in the event of technical malfunction (QR code, internet network, hosting provider, server, online form) preventing access to the game or submission of an entry.
Article 8 – Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in the game implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, shorten, or cancel the game in the event of force majeure or operational necessity, without liability being incurred.
